The following programs are available for Webb County residents:

General Assistance:
Provide assistance in the areas of emergency medications and provide burials for indigents /paupers.

C.I.H.C.P.:
The County Indigent Health Care Program provides assistance with medical bills for basic health care services as mandated by the State of Texas.

Pharmaceutical Program:
Assist clients in processing their applications to the pharmaceutical companies for possible free medications.
